ONLINE DONATIONS
GENERAL CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions indicated below regulate the use of online donations from the website www.spainlacrosse.org (hereinafter, the "Website") for which the Spanish Lacrosse Association is responsible (hereinafter, the Asociation"). It is mandatory that you read and understand these general conditions.

1. How is a donation made?
The donor must follow the following process:
Read and accept the conditions mentioned here, and press the " Donate " button.
Choose amount to donate (€ 5, € 25, € 50 or " any amount ").
Choose the payment system for your donation, which can be through PayPal or credit card.

2. Guarantees
As it is an unconditional donation intended for the purposes specified in the donation button, the realization of the donation does not entail the delivery of any product or service, nor any right of withdrawal, as established by Law 7/1996, of ordination of Retail Trade and Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of Nov. 16. Accountability and the end of donations will be shown through the economic report and activities published on the ASSOCIATION's website, each year.

3. Tax regime
Donations, donations and contributions made by individuals or companies in favor of the ASSOCIATION do not give the right to a deduction in the full amount of the declaration of Personal Income Tax or Corporation Tax. The ASSOCIATION will not send the donor any certificate of their contribution, unless they contact us and request it by e-mail to ael@spainlacrosse.org putting their name and surname, ID, contribution and the date they made it.

4. Protection of personal data
The personal data collected in the online donation process will be treated in accordance with the provisions of our PRIVACY POLICY.

5. Applicable law
In case of conflicts of interpretation and execution derived from the donation, current Spanish legislation will apply. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Madrid.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data will be processed and incorporated into treatment activities of our responsibility whose purpose is to manage the donations and collaborations that are received, a purpose based on the execution of a contract. Your data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, determine possible responsibilities and deal with claims, and will not be communicated to third parties, except legal obligation.
